Basic consent of the Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation:

In the name of Almighty God!

The Swiss people and the cantons, conscious of their responsibility towards creation, resolved to renew the confederal alliance and to strengthen its internal cohesion, in order to strengthen freedom and democracy, independence and peace, in a spirit of solidarity and openness to the world, determined to live their multiplicity in unity, mutual consideration and respect, conscious of their common achievements as well as their responsibilities towards future generations, aware that free is only the one who uses his freedom and that the strength of a nation is commensurate with the welfare of the weakest of its members.

Our attitude

We refer to the preamble of the constitution and explicitly distance ourselves from any content concerning racist or other related statements of the Helvetia Trychler, namely in films, in writing, in words or pictures if they are in deviation to our basic values.
